This is a game called Tokyo Shift.

This is about the twin racing heroes known as Nitrix Havoc, and Veelocity Havoc who stand against Raptur Reyes, a villainous driver whose attacks causes shifts and quakes across Tokyo.

The twins race and clash in the lanes with the 'copters (cop on helicopters) and the 'rupters (villian and his thugs).

They know the city's background and hidden turns better than anyone. To beat Raptur, they race through quaking highways and ruined blocks.

They both studied the tremors and used the wrecked streets against him.  Find ways to earn racing stripes in order to strip the kinetic tokens from his thugs to later entrap the king of the streets and quakes, Raptur Reyes. This will revert his powers into kinetic energy to be bound for good of the city and the streets.

I already send payment to Daniel Zadorozny's paypal to cover commercial purposes. Also I have send an email to get their consent for commercial purposes as a hackathon or game jam is considered a commercial purposes as it contains chances of winning monetary awards, gifts, or considerations of incubators.
